Focus makes it possible to create unique knowledge to ensure that organizations are able to provide quality in their products and services. Focus is necessary for competitiveness in the global market, but focus also produces tunnel vision. Tunnel vision can make organizations blind to changes in the market. In the worst-case scenario it can be dangerous to the organization and its activities.

Seven Cs is a simple and flexible tool for operational mapping of an organization, its barriers, and its potentials. Seven Cs enables you to view an organization and its market from new angels, so that possibilities and threats become clear. Seven Cs involves and engages relevant stakeholders in the organization in solution-driven organizational analysis. It offers insight and an overview, as well as common language and understanding.

Seven Cs works with organizational analysis on several levels. A distinction is made between mapping the present and the potential, and between mapping the known and the unknown. This creates an awareness of an organization’s blind spots, and it becomes clear how changes in the market open up for new possibilities. FACTS ABOUT SEVEN Cs

  • Seven Cs caters to organizations, companies, and institutions that want to strengthen their development processes. Seven Cs can be used as a part of innovation processes, for strategy development, and in cultural change processes. 
  • One set of Seven Cs can be used by 2-9 participants. It is possible to use several sets of Seven Cs, so more than 9 people can participate during the same process. 
  • The process duration is 1-5 hours. 
  • Seven Cs is based on the theoretical framework by the Russian psychologist Lev Vygotsky. 
  • Seven Cs can be facilitated either by consultants from Workz A/S, or by internal consultants in an organization following a certification course.
