The focal point in everything we do is a belief that human beings are basically creative and playful. We combine this belief with a solid academic base and a strong focus on design. 

The common thread running through all our work is the conviction that we can ensure innovative solutions and real change simply through involvement of relevant stakeholders.

Workz was originally a part of Scandinavia’s largest film company, Zentropa. In 2008, Workz was separated off as an independent limited company, and is currently owned by a group of partners. 

A management and an advisory board, comprising leading corporate personalities, researchers and pioneers within design and creativity, are involved to ensure that we constantly move in the right direction and develop the products demanded by big players in business as well as the public sector.
